Wow! Great Week!
I have to share my triumph! This week was my best so far in WW. I hate to admit it but I DIDN'T track my points. What I did track was my steps. At least I tracked over 40 thousand of them, that is... Four days last week I walked over 10 thousand steps or the equivalent of about 5 miles. Guess what?! I had my biggest loss so far to coincide. Coincidence? maybe. But i would like to think I worked for my number and it paid off this time. I know i am getting close to my first 10 percent weight loss so I am trying not to get my hopes up... BUT I think I can do it!!! Guess we will see if I can have another fabulous walking week! (did I mention I can see definition in my calves now? YEA!!!)
