Pre Meeting Thursday

Well the time draws nearer to the scale. I would like to think that I continued making the correct choices for my meals since Easter, but I am getting a little concerned that I should have done more. Guess I shouldn't worry too much because today started a NEW week. Move forward not backward and don't let the little slip ups turn into major catastrophes. I did get 22 exercise points this week. Best so far. (For anyone not on WW it equates to about 45 minutes a day walking). Gold's Gym, my neighborhood and curling at the Olympic Oval is where I obtained my points this week. Too bad curling is over for the season, it is a good workout that is FUN!
